Any attorney you are connected with is solely responsible for their own services and their own privacy practices.

2. Information we collect Information you provide to us

When you complete a form or otherwise contact us, we may collect:

Identifiers such as your first and last name, phone number, and email address;

Your ZIP code and the state where an incident occurred;

Details you provide about your potential claim — for example, the type and date of an accident, whether you were injured, whether you received medical treatment, whether you were at fault, whether a police report was filed, and whether you are already represented by an attorney;

Your preferred contact time and any other information you choose to submit.

You are not required to provide this information, but we may be unable to connect you with an Attorney Partner without it.

Information we collect automatically

Device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, referring/exit pages, pages viewed, and timestamps; Approximate location derived from your IP address;

Information collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (see Section 6);

The date, time, page URL, and text of the consent disclosure shown to you when you submit a form, along with your form entries, which we retain as a record of your consent.

Information from third parties

We may receive information about you from advertising platforms (for example, when you submit a lead form hosted on a social-media platform), lead-verification and data-enrichment providers, and our marketing partners.

3. How we use your information

To connect you with one or more Attorney Partners and to facilitate their contact with you;

To verify, validate, score, de-duplicate, and improve the quality of submissions;

To operate, maintain, and improve the Services and our advertising;

To communicate with you, including sending confirmations, follow-ups, and marketing messages by call, text, or email;

To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security issues, and technical problems;

To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

4. How we share your information (sale/sharing of leads)

Please understand our business model: FreeCaseReview is a lead-generation service. When you submit a request, we share and/or sell the information you provide to one or more Attorney Partners and marketing partners so they can contact you about your potential claim. Depending on the offer you responded to, your information may be provided on an exclusive basis (to a single firm) or a shared basis (to more than one firm). More than one partner may therefore contact you.

We may share your information with:

Attorney Partners — the participating attorneys and law firms to whom we refer or sell your inquiry, and their agents, call centers, and intake vendors;

Marketing partners — other companies that may market relevant legal or related services to you. A current list of the categories of companies we may share your information with is available on request at [email protected];

Service providers — vendors that host our site and CRM, deliver calls/texts/emails, verify data, and provide analytics, acting on our behalf under contract;

Advertising and analytics providers — as described in Section 6;

Legal and safety — to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety, and in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

Once your information is provided to an Attorney Partner or marketing partner, its use of your information is governed by that party's own privacy policy, not this one.

5. Your consent to be contacted (calls & texts)

By submitting your information through our forms and checking the consent box, you provide your prior express written consent for FreeCaseReview and the Attorney Partner(s) and marketing partner(s) we match you with to contact you at the telephone number and email address you provide — including by automatic telephone dialing systems, artificial or prerecorded voice messages, and text (SMS/MMS) messages — regarding your inquiry, your potential claim, and related legal services and offers.

Your consent is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving legal services.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for help.

You may revoke consent or ask us and our partners to stop contacting you by emailing [email protected].

We retain a record of the consent language shown to you and your submission as described in Section 2.

6. Cookies, analytics & advertising

We and our providers use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies to run the site, remember your preferences, measure performance, and deliver and measure advertising. 8. Your state privacy rights (California & others)

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to know/access, to correct, to delete, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information for targeted advertising. Because we share and sell lead information as described in Section 4, these rights may be especially relevant to you.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to request deletion or correction; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. In the preceding 12 months, we have collected the categories of information described in Section 2 and have "sold" and/or "shared" identifiers and your claim-related information with Attorney Partners and marketing partners.

To exercise your rights — including "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" — email [email protected] with your request and the state you reside in. We will verify your request (which may require confirming information you previously submitted) and respond within the time required by law. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

Other states

Residents of other states that provide similar rights may exercise them using the same contact method above. We do not knowingly process sensitive personal information for purposes requiring opt-in consent without obtaining it where required.

9. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain records of consent and transactions, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and the purpose for which it is held.
