Attorney Partners are independent third parties. They are solely responsible for their own services, advice, fees, licensing, and compliance with applicable rules of professional conduct. We do not endorse, recommend, or guarantee any Attorney Partner and are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

3. No attorney-client relationship; no legal advice

Using the Services or submitting information does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and FreeCaseReview or any Attorney Partner. No such relationship is formed unless and until you and an Attorney Partner sign a separate written engagement agreement. Nothing on this website is legal advice, and you should not rely on it as a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney. Communications you submit through the Services are not confidential or privileged and may be shared as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Eligibility

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;

Submit false, misleading, or third-party information without authorization;

Interfere with, disrupt, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or their systems;

Use automated means to submit forms, or transmit malware or harmful code;

Violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION IS ACCURATE OR COMPLETE. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY REGARDING ANY ATTORNEY PARTNER OR THE QUALITY, TIMING, OR RESULT OF ANY LEGAL SERVICES.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL FREECASEREVIEW, ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, ANY CONTACT FROM AN ATTORNEY PARTNER OR MARKETING PARTNER, OR ANY LEGAL SERVICES YOU OBTAIN. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FreeCaseReview and its owners, affiliates, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.

14. Dispute resolution, arbitration & class-action waiver

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY — IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. Except for matters that may be brought in small-claims court, you and FreeCaseReview agree to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services through final and binding individual arbitration, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules, rather than in court. You and FreeCaseReview waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action.
